Ich nehme an das es sich um einen Deal mit EEE handelt oder?

(Könnt ihr doch noch etwas Kohle aus den Comics quetschen;) )

Mills and Bisley full of beans.
Top animated Website Cool Beans World moves one step closer to sheer coolness with the signing of Pat Mills and Simon Bisley to their digital crusade.

Pat Mills, the man behind 2000AD’s Slaine, and artist Kevin O’Neill will be providing Cool Beans with new and exclusive Marshal Law tales. Already up on the site are previous outings of Law soon to be followed by never-before-seen animated adventures of the masked psychopath.

“Mills and Kevin O’Neill will be providing us with storyboards which we’ll then animate,” Nick Percival tells SFX. “It’s great to have such a team working for us, and great for them because they get to see their creations move.”

We e-mailed Pat Mills, who’s currently wandering the Middle East.

“The animated version of Law is cool,” he says. “The Web is changing all of our lives so comics must progress. I don’t think it will harm the paper version; it might help it. Maybe cyber comics is a way to get our market share back from computer games. And if anyone can do it, Cool Beans can. They like and understand the media they’re working in and the audience reaction has already proved it’s a success. So the interesting question is … where will cyber comics be five years from now?” he concludes.

“Simon Bisley is doing concept work for us on Doomkeeper - a sort of Lord Of The Rings on steroids,” says Percival of his other catch.

Cool Beans World goes online fully in March/April 2001. Until then you can catch animated previews of two projects: Saintly and Dr Krieger - a show connected to Saintly - as well as check out art and concepts at coolbeansworld.com.
