Bill Rosemann sagt dort folgendes:

"Hello, Brath Readers,

It unfortunately is my duty to share the news with you that a few weeks ago, due to low sales, we had to make the decision to end Brath with June's issue #17.

Fortunately, once our trade paperback program is humming again, that will allow us to complete the third Brath collection (Vol. 1 = Prequel - #5, Vol. 2 = #6 - #11, Vol. 3 = #12 - #17). So those following Brath through the graphic novels will have three full volumes to read.

As I understand it, Andrea Di Vito and Rob Schwager have agreed to stay with Brath through issue #17, except for isue #15, which will be illustrated by regular Brath fill-in artist, Alcatena. Chuck Dixon will, of course, write all the issues through to the series finale.

We thank all the readers who championed the Hammer of Ure, who will fight on in the pages of Negation War.

I know this is extremely sad news, but I thought the loyal Brath readers deserved to hear it first. You are amazingly supportive readers and all of us at CrossGen appreciate all you've done for Brath."

Wenigstens haben sie noch Zeit, ein rundes Ende zu finden, und mit dem Prequel zusammen kommen wir immerhin auf achtzehn US- und sechs komplette deutsche Ausgaben. Da inzwischen viele sagen, daß ihnen Serien mit absehbarem Ende lieber sind, halte ich das jetzt nicht für die große Katastrophe, ihnen gleich von vornehrein sagen zu können, wie lange der Spaß dauert.

Dennoch kommt mir dieses Zitat in den Sinn...
