DELUHI, formerly known as GRAVE SEED, is a visual kei band that has shown promising talent since their formation in 2008. Much of the appeal of DELUHI's music lies in the songwriting talents of Leda (who is otherwise famous as bassist Yu-to in Galneryus) combined with three other highly skilled musicians.
The band's music, dark and melodic, distances itself from the other bands in the visual kei scene thanks to fairly elaborate compositions which enhance the rich voice of Juri.
biography
DELUHI made their first appearance on stage at Ikebukuro Cyber in Tokyo on February 29, 2008. Previously known as GRAVE SEED, the band had changed their name to the more succinct DELUHI only four days earlier. The members consist of singer Takuya (formerly tsubo, guitarist of Gaara), guitarist Leda, (also known as Yu-to, the bassist of Galneryus) bassist Ryo and drummer Ryosuke. During the band name change, Takuya and Ryosuke also took the opportunity to rename themselves as Juri and Sujk, respectively. [i]and Ryo rename himself as Aggy[i]
After taking part in two other events at Ikebukuro Cyber, the band promptly released its first mini-album, Surveillance, on March 26. The members then followed the traditional path of independent bands in Tokyo by playing at places like Takadanobaba AREA and Meguro Rockmaykan.
Their first single, Orion Once Again, was released at the end of July, followed by an appearance at the visual kei event SCUBER DIVE ~Shibuya ga Taihen~ in August.
As autumn came around, the band released a series of three singles, each with a title inspired by a Hindu deity: VISVASRIT, MAHADEVA and JAGANNATH. Meanwhile, there was another name change in the group. In September, Ryo changed his name and became Aggy, although on his blog he humorously declared that he had actually been replaced by his twin while he (Ryo) had gone to work in his family's greengrocers.
2009 started with a bang as the band gave its first oneman concert, A PROCLAMATION OF DELUHISM, at Shibuya O-Crest on January 8. At the concert, they gave away CDs containing a remix of the song NO SALVATION to fans.
April and May will see them venture outside of Tokyo for the first time, to Nagoya and Osaka, before returning for their second one-man. This one-man, entitled RECLAMATION OF DELUHISM, will be held at Shibuya BOXX on May 29, after the release of a DVD clip which will hold three live songs and a CD with a cover of one of their previous songs.

DELUHI kicked off 2010 with an explosive live in the biggest venue they've played to date.

DELUHI’s first live of 2010 was their fourth one-man and their first one-man live in O-EAST, the biggest venue they've played yet. On Saturday January 9, SHIBUYA O-EAST saw all kinds of fans waiting for the show prior to its start and not all were female. A notable number of guys were to be seen, who looked like band kids. Before the live began, a comical announcement by the members was made and Sujk gave a lesson about how to call the members in death voice.

DELUHI Single Campaign (<-link JaME.US)
Visual-kei band DELUHI have unveiled details regarding their upcoming three consecutive month single campaign, which will begin on June 16th with the release of Frontier and conclude on August 4th with a currently untitled single.
Each single will be issued in CD+DVD format and is expected to include one song and the music video for each track. DELUHI are also expected to commence on a summer nationwide tour entitled "BLITZKRIEG" which will begin on June 6th at Shibuya O-EAST and conclude on August 1st at Akasaka BLITZ.

DELUHI Disbanding NOT an April Fool's Joke
On April 1st, 2011, Visual-kei band DELUHI announced their disbanding on the official homepage. While many had been skeptical, due to the date of the news, it is unfortunately actual news.
The band announced that they will cease their activities after their last tour "DELUHI LAST TOUR -VANDALISM-", which will start on July 1st in Sapporo.
Just last year in December DELUHI had announced that their will be going on hiatus to prepare their next bigger step.
"Facing the end of this is certainly a tough feeling. However, even though it is just a little more time, I would like to complete this important time as 'DELUHI - Aggy' " - Aggy
With respect to this, we hope all fans are looking forward to the last tour, still.

Recently disbanded visual band DELUHI will release a live DVD on December 21st.
Titled LIVE:VANDALISM, the DVD will feature DELUHI's last live, which took place on August 7th at C.C. Lemon Hall.
In addition to this DELUHI's former drummer Sujk is set to release a solo album on December 7th. Titled ARKHELISM, the album will contain ten songs, including four instrumental tracks. DELUHI's former members Juri, Leda and Aggi have contributed to some of the songs. In addition to this Yo from matenrou opera and kihiro from All the World is Waiting for the Sun are also guest artists on the album.
